Hôtel de Glace invites you to enjoy a unique culinary and winter experience: an evening in the brand-new ice restaurant. In the majestic & magical setting of the Hôtel de Glace's snow vaults, you will enjoy an exceptional Nordic-inspired meal signed by Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
From Old Quebec City, in front of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, a chartered shuttle will take you to the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel) site, which you will have the opportunity to discover on a tour.
Immediately following a welcome cocktail, a warm menu as elegant as it is comforting, concocted by the renowned Château Frontenac culinary team, will be served in the Hôtel de Glace’s exclusive restaurant, a room sculpted entirely from snow and ice.
The evening includes :
• Three-course set menu
• Welcome cocktail
• Self-guided tour of the Hôtel de Glace (ice hotel)
• Round-trip shuttle service between the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the Hôtel de Glace parking lot
- A wine list is available for an additional fee.
- A menu tailored to all dietary restrictions is available upon request. Please inform us of any restrictions at the time of booking.
- Appropriate winter attire is recommended for the evening.
- Shuttle transportation is not mandatory; it is possible to reach the site directly.

• Get a $25 discount per person with your overnight reservation at the Hôtel de Glace.
• An overnight stay at the Hôtel de Glace does not include a meal at the Hôtel de Glace Restaurant.
